Bilingual Account Coordinator

We are looking for a bilingual Account Coordinator to administer communications programs for our clients in the financial advisor category. If you have a knack for customer service, a sharp eye for detail, and superior project management skills, this role may be right for you.

 

Working within our vibrant agency environment, the bilingual (English and French) account coordinator will be responsible for the following:

 

Provide excellent customer service to client program users:

 

  • Respond to email and phone inquiries
  • Explain thoroughly and accurately Ariad services, benefits, and features
  • Guide program participants on how to customize their programs
  • Develop rapport with clients and prospects
  • Investigate and resolve problems and complaints

 

Coordinate assigned program project duties to ensure programs run smoothly from data entry to final delivery:

 

  • Work with and maintain good relationships with our clients’ compliance departments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the program specifications
  • Maintain accurate and complete data entry
  • Check printer proofs for accuracy before final print approval
  • Manage program billing
  • Process new accounts with accuracy
  • Collaborate with clients on the specifications of their programs
  • Manage client data

 

Manage and monitor project financials

  • Monitor budgeted job hours and hard costs
  • Communicate identified changes to project scope to supervisor to ensure projects stay on track financially
  • Prepare spreadsheets to track high level program financials

 

 

Required Business Experience and Competencies:

 

  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration and/or client contact role
  • Effective project manager
  • Financial services experience an asset, preferably with financial advisors
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships
  • Takes initiative
  • Able to effectively work independently and collaboratively with team
  • Communicates clearly and concisely
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to multi-task, handling various clients and program duties/tasks at different stages
  • Effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem solver
